Products & fitment
What's the difference between real carbon and dry carbon?
Real carbon parts have a genuine carbon fibre top layer over a fibreglass backing. You get the real carbon look and strength at a lower price.
Dry carbon parts are made from carbon fibre and resin only, with no fibreglass. The amount of resin is tightly controlled, either pre-applied to the carbon (pre-preg) or drawn through dry carbon cloth in the mould under vacuum (resin infusion), so there's very little excess resin. That makes them the lightest, stiffest option.
Do you sell ABS parts too?
Yes. Some parts come in ABS black: tough ABS plastic with a gloss black finish and no carbon fibre. It's the most affordable way to get the style.
How do I know what material a part is made from?
The product name and the Materials tab on each product page show whether the part is real carbon, dry carbon or ABS black. If you're not sure, contact us before you order and we'll confirm it.
Will this part fit my car?
Use Shop by Car to see the parts listed for your make and model, then check the product name and description for the exact model, chassis code and years. Some parts only fit a specific bumper or trim, so read the fitment notes carefully.
Not sure? Send us your car's make, model and year before you order and we'll check fitment for you.
Do you make custom parts?
We don't manufacture parts ourselves. We source them from our large range of trusted suppliers, which lets us offer a wide choice of carbon fibre parts for many makes and models.
Can you find a part that isn't on your website?
Often, yes. Send us a parts sourcing request with your car and the part you need, and we'll check what's available across our suppliers. If the genuine part is no longer in production, we may be able to find a carbon replica.
Are you adding more parts?
Yes, we add new parts regularly. Collections marked Coming soon have parts on the way, so check back or contact us if you need something now.
Product care
How do I clean carbon fibre parts?
Hand wash with a pH-neutral car shampoo and a clean microfibre mitt, rinse well, then dry with a soft microfibre towel. Avoid strong solvents, degreasers, cutting compounds and stiff brushes, as they can dull or scratch the clear coat.
Can I use an automatic car wash or pressure washer?
Hand washing is best. Brush car washes can leave fine scratches in the clear coat. If you use a pressure washer, keep the nozzle well back and don't aim it at the edges of lips, splitters and spoilers, where it can lift tape or trim.
How do I stop carbon fibre fading or yellowing?
Sunlight is the main cause of a dull or yellowed finish over time. Protect the clear coat with a wax, sealant or ceramic coating that has UV protection, top it up regularly, and park in the shade or a garage when you can. Paint protection film is a good option for front lips and splitters.
How do I look after ABS black parts?
Wash them the same way as your paintwork, with car shampoo and a microfibre mitt. Gloss black shows swirl marks easily, so always use a clean mitt and towel, and avoid dry wiping dust off the surface.
Can scratches be fixed?
Light swirls in the clear coat can often be polished out by hand with a fine finishing polish. Deeper scratches or chips that reach the carbon weave should be looked at by a detailer or paint shop.
How do I avoid damaging a front lip or splitter?
Take steep driveways, kerbs and speed bumps slowly and at an angle, and watch for parking stoppers. Most lip damage happens from scraping, not from day-to-day driving.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days of being confirmed, depending on stock. For a more accurate time on a specific part, get in touch with us.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery to VIC, NSW, QLD and SA usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Delivery to WA, NT and TAS takes a little longer.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us first. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.
Can I return a special order or sale item?
No. Special-order parts (including parts we source for you), sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Please check fitment with us before placing a special order.
My part arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a part is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can look into it and make it right. Photos of the part and the packaging help us sort it out faster.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
